Most pieces are handmade/finished and ship in about 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated in page product.

Ready to ship items will ship within 1-3 business days. If your order also contains a handmade/finished piece, it will ship when all pieces are completed.
CUSTOM orders may take up to 3 weeks. Personalized pieces are final sale.

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout. To check exact charge by location and service, please add product/s to cart and got to shipping page. You will get all possible service options and the value. This is before payment. No purchase required.
Returns and exchanges.
Our policy lasts 30 days for domestic locations and 45 days for International. Contact us for a RETURN FORM if you are not convinced you like what you got or you need an exchange. If 30/45 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us before returning.
PLEASE READ: If you have a problem with one of our pieces, or a size exchange, don't try to fix it, please contact us first. Sometimes you can make a bigger damage than the original one. Thank you!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for new shipping fees generated from the return, unless it's our mistake.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com and request a Return Form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is our fault. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
