  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time for orders is 7-10 business days. that period may be increased up to 10-15 business days on holiday season and before/during book releases when orders increase significantly.

    Shipping costs vary depending carrier and service customer chooses. 

    At this time, HebelDesign ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, HebelDesign ships merchandise to any international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders ship from the Los Angeles area in Southern California, US. All prices are in US dollars.

    All customers will receive email confirmation when orders ship. Domestic packages include online tracking information.

    If you choose International First Class or International Priority mail through USPS (United States Postal Service), please be aware that there is only tracking information available for Canadian mail, all other countries will be available in April 2013. ONLY EXPRESS mail service offers tracking information for now.

    International cost of shipping defers from domestic, and it also depends on service chosen and weight of purchase.
    Best way to see how much it will be, is to make up the cart and go to shipping options at chekcout.
    This page comes BEFORE payment so there is no danger of being charged by doing so. After that you can go ahead and pay for the order or clear the cart. 

    -- Fedex Home Delivery is ground shipping and it only works on residential addresses. If you are using a commerical address please select Fedex Ground. It's cheaper than Home Delivery. --

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. HebelDesign is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    You may return for a full refund, minus shipping charges, or exchange your item if not satisfied. 

    Please contact me to return or exchange any item. Pieces need to be returned as received in a period not longer than 30 days.
